I’m Kristina Fulk, a Real Estate Agent with L2 Realty Inc and a proud Southeast Kansas native who loves helping others find their place to call home. As a trusted real estate agent in Independence, Kansas, I proudly serve the surrounding communities of Coffeyville, Cherryvale, Neodesha, Fredonia, Dearing, Altamont, Edna, and Parsons. After college, I returned to my hometown of Independence, KS, where my husband and I are raising our family and soaking up small-town life—spending summer days on the lake, exploring country backroads, and making memories along the riverbanks that mean so much to us.

Since becoming licensed in 2022, I’ve helped more than 137 buyers and sellers across Southeast Kansas, averaging around 40 homes sold each year. In 2025, I’ve already surpassed $5.75 million in sales volume, consistently ranking among the top 10 real estate agents in Southeast Kansas and earning recognition as the #1 agent in my area with Veterans United. I hold both my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI)designations and will proudly serve on the CRS Board in 2026. My expertise includes selling rural and small-acreage properties, helping first-time home buyers take confident steps toward ownership, and guiding families through sensitive transitions such as estate and inherited home sales.

I’m honored to serve on the Community Crisis Team, help organize Adopt-a-Family, and lead Christmas in July, an event that provides local kids with new clothes and shoes so they can head back to school feeling confident and cared for.
